This is not a cozy cat book.
Frazy Creek contains mature themes, adult language, cat gang bangers, dirty cat cops, cat hookers, cat rappers, cat violence, and an alarming amount of feline music-industry corruption. It is absurd. It is grimy. It is also, somehow, a real novel.
And, for anyone wondering: No AI was used in writing this book! It's true that the author (yours truly, Jim Dee) is a software developer and routinely uses AI for all sorts of work-related tasks. But just for the record, one thing I never use AI for is writing my own creative works. I simply love writing too much to hand it over to a machine. So yeah, this book about cat gangs represents a couple of years of my life.
