MARCH 2026 UPDATE: As you can see, below, almost ALL of my musical composition are gone! This is highly upsetting to me, as these represent years of work. Almost all of these videos were done by me composing something and then setting that music to either very old public domain footage or, sometimes, generated footage. It was SO much work, and having these gone is devastating. How'd it happen? Well, I somehow had an old Google account on my phone that was preventing me from being able to upload photos to a Google Drive. And, as I was no longer using that Gmail account, I decided to delete it entirely. At first, this fixed my phone issue. But later (after a month or so), Google deleted the associated Youtube account that held most of these videos. (I'd forgotten that my vids were housed under that account.) And so... zap, they were gone in an instant. Forever. I'm not 100% sure yet if I still have the original video files, as this was spread out over probably 15 years and many machines. Thankfully, I do still at a minimum have the sheet music for all of my compositions. And, in many cases I have midi files and/or MP3s. And so, painfully slow at it may be, I'll likely at least come up with some new videos to replace the lost ones. I'm certain they won't be as visually interesting as what I had. But, perhaps I can take this opportunity to spruce up the audio in some meaningful way. We'll see.
